Exchange and Returns Policy

At Nusaybah, every abaya is crafted and packaged with the utmost care to ensure you receive a product that meets our highest quality standards.
However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:
✓ The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
✓ Tags and original packaging are still intact.
✓ The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:
For hygiene and customization reasons, made-to-order or customized abayas cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at Nusaybah.ltd@hotmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for exchange.

  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. After receiving and inspecting your item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.
We will gladly replace or correct your order at no extra cost.

Return Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds.
Instead, customers will receive store credit equal to the product’s value (excluding shipping charges), which can be used toward future purchases.

Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
