Refund policy

At Nusaybah, we take pride in crafting premium abayas with attention to detail and quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and supportive experience.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✓ The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
✓ All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact
✓ Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

Please note:
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order abayas are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


Return Process

  1. Email us at Nusaybah.ltd@hotmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or store credit according to the policy below.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange, depending on your preference.

  • Cash refunds are not available, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue
    We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
    ✓ The item arrived damaged
    ✓ The wrong item was delivered

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom/made-to-order abayas

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
